An old-fashioned elixir for modern wellness! We pressed our homegrown elderberries for this small-batch syrup. This is a cold and flu remedy with large-scale scientific studies supporting it's efficacy. In one study, participant recovery time from flu was more than halved, from 14 days to 4 days.
Children above the age of 1 should take a teaspoon each day as a preventative measure, and every four hours if actively ill. Adults should take 2 teaspoons each day as a preventative measure, and every four hours if actively ill.
