Jams & Jellies
Our jam starts with growing the fruit at our 4th generation family farm. Our heart is in the conservation of the environment and the well-being of our agroecosystem, and has been since 1929.
Our jams and jellies are small batch and handmade with authentic Southern flavor. We take plant health seriously, and believe that health shines through in the flavor of our berries and jam. During harvest season, berries for jam are picked at the peak of ripeness... then immediately frozen at 18 degrees F in buckets to lock in flavor until jam-making day. Then we cook the berries into jams and jellies, using our recipes passed down through the generations.
